And it’s normal. I suppose that’s a good thing — no one wants a bad thyroid — but it makes me feel terrible. I feel like I’m failing my baby already. Yes, I do indulge in sweets sometimes, but not much at all really. I very rarely eat fatty foods like that (even though I like to bake, I rarely eat more than a serving or two of whatever I made — the Mr. eats the rest).
I am going to put batteries back in the scale as soon as possible and really start watching my weight. I don’t really know what I’m going to do to keep it lower, but I feel like I need to do something. I’ve been eating a lot more fruits and veggies lately, so I plan to up that. I’ll cut back carbs even more (it’s going to get to the point to where they are all gone!). And I’m going to get outside more — unfortunately, it’s been crappy outside.
I just can’t gain another 10lbs before my next appointment.
